Andrew’s background focuses on youth engagement and intervention works, having worked closely with schools and national youth organisations since 1996.
Having a background in policing he has the understanding of the complexities and needs required when working in restorative justice.
Being qualified in high tech crime within the police provided an insight into the complex world of information technology within the justice sector.
Business Development Director
Jemma has spent many years working in Restorative Practice, from Government Prisons to Community Interest Companies and Charities, she has a vast understanding of the field.
Before joining myRJ as Business Development Director she was a prison service Custodial Manager and Head of Standards at the Restorative Justice Council.
Jemma also has a degree in Criminology and an MA in International Criminology specialising in Restorative Justice.
Mark has a wealth of technical database and programming experience having worked with some of the UK’s largest agencies.
His background in dealing with large and complex databases and designing programs has brought many awards for his knowledge and has seen him regularly asked to consult on external work.
Mark is currently a Inspector within Devon and Cornwall Special Constabulary.
Katie is the accounts manager and book keeper for myRJ, having spent many years managing large property account portfolios.
She now ensures all our accounting and administration is compliant with current legal standards.
Katie has a keen interest in the field of Restorative Interaction and Victim Satisfaction.
Founded in 2013 by experts from law enforcement agencies, education and correctional institutions across the globe with years of experience in Restorative Intervention and Practice.
